Charity Objects : The objects of your charity must be clearly defined to reflect its purpose. We recommend following the Charity Commission’s guidelines when drafting your charity’s objects to ensure they meet the legal requirements and clearly state your charity’s aims.

Optional Charity Registration : Please note, this package includes the setup of the charity company itself, but registration with the Charity Commission is not included in this process. Registration with the Charity Commission is optional, but it is necessary for your charity to receive official charitable status. You can choose to register with the Charity Commission at a later stage when you're ready.
